Alright, I'm gonna skip the 5 paragraphs long info about me. So, simply: I run ineonox & burstingdawn, and now this. I used to own portroyalx3, sarcasticserenity, & co-ownded fatalxfetish. I know what I am doing, I've been here awhile. If I give you a critique do not take it as rudeness. I try to give people constructive critism, as I would hope they would give me. With that being said, I am a really tough critic. When enterting a contest that I am going to judge at some point by myself, be prepared. I do not like fuzzy images, that being said, save as .png if you are not using photoshop or paintshop pro. :)

- If I find out that you didn't, you will be dissqualified.
02. Please, put all your submissions in the correct blog.
03. If you work at a site with multiple people, and want to join, you may. Each person must fill out a separate form.
04. This is for fun so be nice!
05. If you have read this please state in a comment "You are my life now - Edward" ^_^ that way you don't feel like you are telling me I am your life. xD
Oh, and if you quit, then you are removed from the hall of fame/contest.

the prizes:
layout 1st place - I will use the submitted layout as my main until the next contest ends, and you will be in the hall of fame. :) You will also receive a 1st place graphic, made by me, with one picture of your choice (you must find it!) and I will subscribe to your site.
